CapLinked virtual datarooms enable users in different time zones and countries to seamlessly share, edit, and store documents. This is extremely beneficial to industries like oil and gas, where employees are spread across the globe. A centralized portal can also reduce the amount of time and money that is spent physically managing documents.

A VDR is a vital tool for M&A transactions in the energy industry. In addition to helping to speed up the process and stay legal, it also allows you to share information in a secure manner with a variety of parties. CapLinked VDRs are mobile-friendly, and come with a fully-branded interface.
